Anna and Arthur wear traditional Dutch clothing, complete with clogs. Anna holds two pails attached to a shoulder yoke and Arthur holds a cow by a rope.

The Clearwater-Hynes annual Hay and Dairy Festival will feature Dutch, Portuguese, Swiss, and Italian garb. Thousands of people are expected to attend.
