View of Mrs. Leona Durst, in hat, blouse, jacket, standing next to husband, Mr. Cedric Durst, in collared shirt, tie, and jacket. Leona Durst filed a $27,000 damages suit against Ross Sparks for driving in a negligent manner when he crashed into her while she was waiting for the signal to change at Sunset and La Brea avenue. Cedric Durst, outfielder for the Hollywood baseball club, was also a plaintiff in the suit and asked $10,000 in damages.
