Photograph of Fred McCargar (right), secretary of the Salinas Rodeo and manager of the Salinas Chamber of Commerce, and others on the Reception Committee standing outside the presidential train at Central Station (Central Ave. and 5th St.) on the morning of Roosevelt's visit to Los Angeles. McCargar and the man beside him wear ribbons on their jackets inscribed "Los Angeles Reception."
