Nan Kee and Hilda Parvey were told by writer's agent Earl W. Taylor that their writing had been purchased to be made into Hollywood productions but once they had given him money to help the costs of adapting their work they were met with nothing, and are now accusing Taylor of petty theft. Ralph sits with one arm slung over the back of his chair, turned around and speaking to Line, Parvey, and Kee, who stand behind him.
