After many years working as a miner and appearing in several Hollywood pictures over the years John Swanson has decided to return to his home in Alaska.
John sits in a shallow stream of water resting his feet on two large rocks. He holds a large pan in front of him above the water. A lean-to can be seen in the background amongst several mounds of rocks.
