This is a photograph at the luncheon hosted after the Rose Parade by the Tournament of Roses Association in honor of former President Hoover and Admiral William S. Sims, grand marshal of the parade. In this picture, we can see Admiral David F. Sellers, Admiral William S. Sims, Mrs. Sims, Mrs. George S. Parker and Mrs. Winfield Schoaf.
