This is a photograph taken at the luncheon hosted at the Hotel del Vista in Pasadena after the Rose Parade by the Tournament of Roses Association in honor of former President Hoover and Admiral Wiliam S. Sims, Grand Marshal of the parade. In this picture, we can see Mrs. Harvey G. Cappel, vice-president of the women's division, Mrs. Hoover and former President Herbert Hoover.
