Text from newspaper caption: All heads are bowed, all hats doffed as the shrill notes of “Taps” are sounded in the vast Memorial Coliseum where upwards of 20,000 persons assembled yesterday to attend the sixteenth annual Armistice Day services. In the flag-draped reviewing stand seen above are, left-to right, Adj.-Gen. Seth Howard, Gov. Merriam, and William Jennings Bryan, Jr., son of the “Great Commoner.”
