Frank Hugo and his nephew John Duca were arrested for the double murder of Hugo's wife, Rina Hugo, and Louis White at Hugo's home on 1530 Dunn Street on January 3, 1931.
Frank Hugo, center, sits with one leg crossed over the other and his hands on his lap. The men on either side of him are likely part of his legal counsel.
