Former actress Ethel Shannon Jackson with fiance Jose Luis Medinille y Grau outside the local marriage license bureau after they filed the notice of intention to be married. Mr. Gray was the attache of the Cuban consulate and a chemist of the Cuban Cane Sugar Corporation. [They eventually did not get married.]
