Photograph of Judge Fletcher Bowron with Betty Jean Ballinger [later Jackson] and Robert Arthur Ballinger, children involved in a bitter custody battle between their parents, Noah A. Ballinger and Miriam Ballinger Billingsley. According to a related article, before making his decision in the hearing, Judge Bowron questioned the two children.
