Photograph of drunk driving accident victim, Winifred Hammonds, with her mother Mrs. Leta B. Hammonds. Ms. Hammonds was injured when a contractor, Harvey S. McClellan, ran her down while driving under the influence. She suffered a fractured thigh and other injuries.
