This is a picture taken at a Los Angeles courthouse of Nena Quartaro [Nina Quartero] and Irene Q. Crummey, as they appear to testify at their brother's lawsuit against Francis Lederer and R.K.O Pictures for plagiarism. The $150,000 damage suit was sought by Jack Quartaro, a writer. In this picture, the sisters sit at the courthouse with open lawbooks on the table in front of them.
