Stouffer was a former secretary of the San Gabriel-Garvey chapter of the Red Cross and a former mayor of Lodi. He leaves behind his widow Allie and two brothers living in Ohio.
Photograph appears with the article, "San Gabriel Clerk Dies," Los Angeles Times, 08 Jan 1936: 6.
