Pedro Garong is shown with a bullet wound in the aftermath of a shooting in Ferguson Alley in Chinatown being questioned by Officer R. W. Clark.
Pedro Garong was left with a bullet hole in his leg after surviving a gang shootout in Ferguson Alley of Chinatown, which left one Serapota Ablog dead. The suspects are allegedly Filipino.
