Possibly related to the article, "Santas Wired For Sound," Los Angeles Times, 24 Dec. 1938: A16 From left to right, a Santa Claus sits in his display and a boy stands in front of him. The boy sports a suit as he stands facing Santa Claus. Santa Claus leans forward and looks towards the boy as he holds both of his hands. He sits in a small Christmas display, between 2 candy-cane striped columns. One rises along the left edge and the other rises behind Santa Claus. A deer figure stands behind and between the boy and Santa Claus. Workers are visible milling about in the background at right.
