Aileen Adams and another woman are being escorted into a car by an unidentified man. Aileen's profile faces the camera and she is smiling. She is wearing a textured hat and a long coat with dark fur trim.
Aileen McCarthy Adams married Morgan Adams, president of Mortgage Guarantee Company, on February 15, 1915. A UCLA graduate and Zeta Tau Alpha sorority member, she was well known in local society. Aileen filed for divorce in 1922 and remarried in 1925 to Alexander MacDonald.
Aileen is spelled as "Eileen" on the negative and negative sleeve but as "Aileen" in various Los Angeles Times articles.
