Miss Rose Adler is testifying in the trial accusing David and Serge Mdivani of embezzling $30,000 from their oil organization Pacific Shores Oil Company, Ltd. Adler was the former director, secretary, and office manager of the company.
Rose rests one arm on a wooden armrest, smiling into the camera and wearing a vagabond hat.
