The mugshot of James Rogan shows that he is a freckled man with combed-back hair and a large nose and large ears. His identification tag is: 30356M12 LA 9.10.32
An anonymous tip assured police that James Sydney Rogan was the man who attempted to rob a speakeasy at West Seventh Street and fatally shot Deputy Sheriff C. A. Vejar.
