President of the Tenth District California Congress of Parents and Teachers Mrs. Gertrude Rounsavelle, retiring president Mrs. William Miller, and newly elected president Mrs. D. G. Blair are speakers at the annual luncheon of the Averill Study Club at the Mayfair Hotel.
Mrs. Willer stands between Mrs. Rounsavelle and Mrs. Blair, seated on either side of her at a long table covered with a white tablecloth and a large display of flowers decorating the front of the table.
