Two police officers and a few people stand in front of a derailed street car after it collided with another street car at the intersection of 6th and Main streets.

Text from newspaper caption: Collision of two street cars at busy intersection of Sixth and Main streets last night knocked this southbound F line car off the tracks and tipped it at a crazy angle where it blocked traffic in all directions. Two of the thirty-five passengers were slightly injured. This photograph shows how the damaged Los Angeles Railway car rested after the crash with an eastbound Pacific Electric car in a mix-up over signals.
