Text from newspaper caption: "Prisoner at the Bar," with a cast of city officials, clergyman and civic leaders, will be presented tonight in San Fernando. The play strikes a blow at "wet" propaganda and the present-day liquor system. City Attorney Moody, left, takes part of judge, Police Chief Fuller as bailiff, Mayor Flynn as the defendant and Rev. Lawyer as the prosecutor.
