The Figueroa Street Tunnels are a set of four four-lane tunnels that carry northbound traffic on State Route 110 (the Arroyo Seco Parkway) through Elysian Park in Los Angeles.
Photograph of the north portal (at Solano Avenue) of the fourth and southernmost Figueroa Street Tunnel while under construction. The portal is framed by scaffolding. Workers are seen throughout, including to the right of the roadway and leaning and standing upon a truck.
