Dr. Paul E. Bowers was noted in several Los Angeles Times articles during the trial of William Edward Hickman, dates ranging January-March of 1928.
Dr. Paul E. Bowers, psychiatrist, photographed seated, wearing a three-piece-suit and tie. Bowers acted as expert witness for the prosecution against William Edward Hickman, convicted for the kidnap and murder of Marion Parker, age 12.
