Text from newspaper caption: They're in again. Ricardo Flores Magon (top) and Enrique, his brother, notorious anarchists, who were arrested yesterday on Federal charges growing out of their "Regeneracion" activities. The bandage on Enrique's head marks the point of impact of a revolver-butt when he resisted arrest.
