Merle sits at a desk flipping through a large stack of paperwork while Mr. Parsons leans over him also touching the paperwork.
Merle Thompson has been assigned for reorganization of the Los Angeles liquor control office. Thompson is head of the liquor control division activities in San Diego and Imperial counties and has been assigned to duty in the liquor-control division ever since the repeal of prohibition.
