Text from newspaper caption: William Allen White, noted Emporia (Kan.) publisher, returned from a tour of the Orient yesterday. One of the first acts was to hurl a ton of advice to the Republican party-he's a Republican himself-on how he thought the coming national campaign should be conducted.
