Estate administrator of the late James T. Bartley, Mr. J.M. Levy, has gone to Superior Court to file a lawsuit of over $20,000 against Bernice von der Senden, the fiancé of Bartley, who he ascertains exerted undue influence over Bartley when he named her beneficiary of his life insurance policies.
