Mountain sit in conversation surrounded by other seated gentlemen in the courtroom. Mountain attends the trial of Frank Forrest Smith, charged of murder during the Southern County robbery. Irwine testifies that she was instrumental in getting the police to the scene of the robbery because during the holdup she was speaking on the telephone with bank bookkeeper Alice Williams.
