Photograph of four jockeys testifying in court. Each man is standing and has his right arm raised. In front of them there is a table with three hats, and behind them there is an American flag. Handwritten on negative: L2R Charles Stevenson + George Burns + Albert Gunari + Floyd McCormick 2-4-36. Text from newspaper caption: Marino assertedly [sic] told his customers that races in which these jockeys rode were fixed. The jockeys, left to right, Charles Stevenson, George Burns, Albert Gunari and Floyd McCormick, testified they never rode a fixed race in their lives and denied they knew Marino. They are riding at Santa Anita. Text from negative sleeve: 3536—Charles Stevenson, George Burns, Albert Gunari, Floyd McCormick, Jockeys in Court 2-4-36. [Stamped:] FEB 7 1936.
