Bob Rogers takes the fingerprints of grand juror George Rochester, while clerk Jean McGee and deputy District Attorney Eugene Blalock watch. George Rochester submitted a request to the Sheriff that all citizens should have their fingerprints taken and recorded with the law enforcement officers of their community, not for criminal files, but kept in files for private citizens.
