Text from newspaper caption: Belvedere station's new two-way radio equipment installed for the use of Sheriffs' cars, was inspected yesterday by Supervisors and Sheriff Biscailuz. The Sheriff is shown with ear phones, with Supervisor Legg on his left. In rear are Supervisor McDonough, left, and Charles E. Ellison, in charge of radio communication and transportation.
