Text from newspaper caption: Inspired by the Los Angeles Times, which he declares is a "perfect paper," Paul Bullock, 11 years of age, 1625 Milan avenue, is astonishing his teachers at the Oneonta Elementary School by editing a twelve-page, two-column, monthly paper - "The Atnoeno." In the center is Paul, believed to be one o the youngest editors known. The other students, Bruce Kenson, art editor, and Jacqueline Williamson, typist, also are 11.
