At center, the camera looks up at Mexican Ambassador Don Francisco Castillo Nagera. He is viewed close-up and gazes past the camera as he holds a cigarette in his hand. Behind and to the right of him, Ruben C. Navarro, Mexican Consul to San Diego, stands with his hands in his coat pockets as he looks to camera. An unidentified man stands behind and between both Mexican diplomats; he looks to camera. Behind the unknown man, a sign hangs down from an archway. It reads, "TAXI CABS TELEPHONES." One of the terminal's Art Deco brackets is visible in the upper left corner.
