Casper, a 27-year-old music teacher, has been arrested on suspicion of murder of a Kentuckian transient, 21-year-old George H. Stephenson, from Monrovia Canyon. Casper has been charged last June for assaulting a motorist on the Ridge Route. Lin opens his hands, looking up at Inspector Stensland, who puts one arm on the man's chair and leans towards him.
