Casper, a 27-year-old music teacher, has been arrested on suspicion of murder of a Kentuckian transient, 21-year-old George H. Stephenson, from Monrovia Canyon. Casper has been charged last June for assaulting a motorist on the Ridge Route.
Lin opens his hands, looking up at Inspector Stensland, who puts one arm on the man's chair and leans towards him. Rows of photographs are displayed on the desk in front of Lin.
