Golda Gose is taking Joan Crawford's brother Hal Le Sueur to court for damages totaling $86,400 after she broke both legs while riding in her husband's car, which collided with Le Sueur's on Cahuenga Boulevard.
Golda's stretcher is rested between two chairs. She is covered with a blanket that obscures her legs, and pillows prop her head up. The jurors look down at her.
