Lentz (Sokolis) is being held at the police station to determine accuracy of his alibi, which Captain Wallis doubts. The victims were found partially cremated in their bed with their skulls crushed. Two different dates written on negative sleeve, newspaper article date used. The four men sit beside a desk engaged in conversation. Text from newspaper caption: "You're crazy, I never saw you but once in my life when I bought a car from you," said Edward E. Lentz, second from right, as he confronted Fred Stettler, second from left, who first confessed the murder of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Barbour and then repudiated his admission and named Lentz. Capt.
