A one-man trolley bounded off the tracks and crashed through the plate-glass window and door of a beer parlor on Venice and Burlington. Five were injured and sent to the hospital, including the conductor. This photograph appears with the article, “One-Man Electric Car Runs Into Beer Parlor,” Los Angeles Times, 1 Mar. 1936: 9.
