Busby Berkeley now has another suit being filed against him in Superior Court regarding Charles W. Burtless, Sr.'s son, whose injuries sustained in a collision with Berkeley's vehicle include a fractured skull and cerebral hemorrhage. William Alvin Hudson was a passenger in Burtless Jr.'s car.
