Six major proposals were stressed at the safety meeting attended by more than 100 officers of law and order, held in the assembly room of the Hall of Records, called to order by Herbert C. Legg, chairman of the Board of Supervisors.
Judge Lowe stands up to speak amongst the law enforcement officers and traffic experts.
