One of the movie posters reflected in the mirror is for "She Married Her Boss," starring Claudette Colbert. The other movie poster is "Anna Karenina," starring Greta Garbo. Article mentions the Matinee Musical Club hosting over 300 children at a Christmas party featuring Santa Claus, a choir, and dance numbers. Suzanna Philippini was president of the club, and Bessie L. Hewitt was a member. Mme. Don Philippini and Mrs. Arthur Read Hewitt stand next to a decorated and lit Christmas tree. A mirror is on the wall behind them, reflecting movie posters. Bessie L. Hewitt holds a wrapped gift. Suzanna Philippini wears a dress with lace collar and sleeves, and a holly sprig corsage, and ribbon across her chest. Mrs. Hewitt wears a jacket and skirt, with a fur scarf with animal head and tail still attached.
