Text from newspaper caption: Baskets of Christmas cheer were distributed to 500 needy families by the Salvation Army at Congress Hall yesterday, The Los Angeles Rotary Club furnished the baskets. Rowe Sanderson, Samuel E. Gates, Rotary president, and Col. Arthur D. Jackson of the Salvation Army, are pictured distributing the baskets.
