Mr. Steuart holds the transmitter of the telephone to his face and the receiver to his ear while Mr. Caldwell wraps an arm around the man's shoulder while also holding a newspaper.
Potentate Leonard P. Steuart of Washington, D.C. have been taking part in a Shrine-survey tour since Christmas Day across the nation - together, he and Deputy Imperial Potentate Hugh M. Caldwell of Seattle discuss upcoming events involving Shriners' conventions, luncheons and banquets.
