Hundreds of people stand in the streets of downtown Los Angeles as they celebrate the New Year. The crowd occupies the majority of the image and are viewed from a bird's'-eye perspective. A couple power lines pass over the crowd on an angle across the image. Streamers and confetti are visible throughout the crowd. Broadway and 7th intersect along the top edge at center.
