Alberta holds Dickie's face in her hands as the two sit side by side. Alberta wears a bandage over her left eye and Dickie has a bandage wrapped around his head. While in a car with their mothers driving to court for approval of a film contract when Dickie's mother Mrs. LaVerne Jones stopped at a stop sign located at Third and Figueroa Streets when William E. Bruner drove into their car, throwing the children to the floor of the car. Both are film actors and were en route to court to seek judicial approval of motion-picture contracts.
