West family's partially constructed house. There are ladders leading against the house, and Arleigh Lemberger stands at the top of one. Debris is on the ground at the foreground of the photograph. A pile of what may be bricks is at the left of the photograph and another structure is visible at the right.
Arleigh Lemberger was H. H. West's first cousin.
