Text from negative sleeve: 141. Twin Lakes, Bridgeport, Calif. August 1929. [Handwritten: 1929.] See #139, 140. En route from Los Angeles to Twin Lakes with our Chandler car. Will Shaw and H. H. West Jr. 2 negatives. H. H. West Jr. giving the car water near Indian Wells. We hike up to Barney Lake 4 miles above Twin Lakes. A picture of Barney Lake with plenty of snow on the mountain at other end of the lake. 4 negatives.
