Lynn West was H. H. West's second cousin twice removed. H. H. West's great-grandfather, Hezekiah West, was Lynn West's third great-grandfather.
Lynn West poses by the handprints at Grauman's Chinese Theatre next to a display for war bonds. He wears a military uniform and has his hands behind his back. The war bonds display reads, "Your country and mine... buy bonds invest in liberty" and "Keep 'em flying bonds stamps." There are trees and plants in the background, along with a low fence and a sculpture.
