Text from negative sleeve: 163. Los Angeles, Calif. Union Depot. About 6:15 p.m. July 30, 1940. H. H. West Jr. and Mertie West, as the boys were waiting for their train to leave for Monterey. The train left at 7 p.m. for Monterey, Calif.
